In dissertation the complex research of the position of the Constitution-Democratic Party to the Ukrainian question during 1905-1918 has been investigated. The internal party discussions, the views of separate figures, the evolution of position of the party to national aspirations of Ukrainians are exposed, the cooperation with Ukrainian liberal intelligentsia is depicted, the attitude of the Party to the Ukrainian state system in the period of Central Council and Hetmanship of P. Scoropadscy is analysed.
