The object of study – the political system of Bulgaria. The purpose of study is the deep and all-round analysis of a role of conservative and liberal parties in political system of Bulgaria. The methods: comparative, problem-theoretical, system, logic, clusters analysis. The practical value of the received results consists in an opportunity of use their for creation of the tutorials, educational and methodical manuals. generalizing monographies, other special works on a history of Bulgaria and Southeast Europe and comparative politology, in preparation of special courses within the framework of the specified branches of knowledge. The beginning of the twentieth century is an important period in the history of Bulgaria. At this time the growth of economy and strengthening of army were observed in the state. The country surpassed in potential other small Balkan states. There were Serbia, Greece, and Romania. The political system of the European sample was formed in Bulgaria. The state was represented by the constitutional monarchy. There was the parliament (National Assembly). The Constitution worked and the multiparty system was generated. The parties became an element of political structure, began to play the important role in functioning of authority mechanism and formation of public opinion, rendered influence on political, economic and cultural life of the country. At the end of the nineteenth century and at the beginning of the twentieth century the parties in Bulgaria became an element of state life. Conservatives and liberals played the most appreciable role on political arena in this period. There were politics of the right direction. Therefore the theme of the candidate dissertation «The Right parties in political system of Bulgaria (1899-1908)» is topical for the Ukrainian historians today.
