Dissertation is devoted to the increase of wearproofness of cutting elements of working organs of agricultural machines with realization of selfsharpening effect. It is offered for the management by properties of working surfaces of cutting elements and conditioning for realization of selfsharpening effect to use lasers technologies. It is found out conformities to the law of co-operation of cutting elements with an abrasive technological environment, it is in theory certainly and experimentally investigational processes of type of cutting elements at friction and wear in an abrasive environment. Grounded rational modes of laser treatment for the receipt of necessary properties and optimum thickness of the fixed layer for the conditioning selfsharpening. The complex of researches of mechanical properties of the fixed superficial layers of standards and details of working organs is conducted agricultural machines. It is rotined that an economic effect from introduction of the offered technologies of the laser strengthening is achieved due to the decline of prime price of process of strengthening of details of working organs at making, and also increase of their resource.
