Object - patients with intra articular fracture of the proximal tibia bone. THE AIM of the dissertation work is to resolve the actual and applied scientific problem in the treatment of intra-articular fracture of the proximal tibia bone, to improve the results of treatment by experimental, mathematical and clinical based application of new operative methods and worked out technique. Methods - clinical observations; arthroscopy; X-ray investigation; reovasograph and electromiograph ; experimental investigation; mechanical- mathematically testing of apparatus ; evaluation of fellow-up result on the bases of scores; statistical analysis of data. Results - develop indications for the application of the method and tactic of the treatment of intra- articular fracture of the proximal tibia bone which is most rational. Newly bar device of external fixation allows for the reposition of bony fragment on different planes, early motion in the knee joint ; improvement on the scale of the evaluation of fellow-up ofthe result of treatment give the possibility of objective- expertise evaluation of the function of the restored limbs. Novelty: first establishment of mechanical- mathematically experimented proven means of minimal invasive and spatial fixation of complex of intra- articular fracture of the proximal tibia bone. The introduced new device for the treatment of intra- articular fracture of the proximal tibia bone has been put into exploitation in the department of traumatology in Donetsk city and Region, In Odessa city, has been included in the learning curriculum for doctors in internship and courses in traumatology in Donetsk state medical university.
