The thesis is dedicated to the studies of free radical processes passing peculiarities, activity of the genotoxic factors eliminating system components in microsomal fraction of Huerin's carcinoma and rats' liver in case of preliminaty radiation-exposure and different forms of 5-(5',6'-benzcoumaroil-3)-methilamidnouracil effect. It has been found that BCU liposome form injection the anticancer drug active effect is appearing on the 21st day of the tumor growth. Primary use of liposomes has the greatest correcting effect on liver.
