Slesarenko A. Anti-totalitarian Movements in Czechoslovakia (1969 - 1989).

On the basis of numerous sources, this dissertation explores the underlying reasons, circumstances and main stages of development of anti-totalitarian movements in Czechoslovakia during 1969-1989. It also includes a comprehensive analysis of the main forms and methods of activity of the Czechoslovak anti-totalitarian opposition of the period of "normalization" as well as comparative analysis of the forms and methods of protests against the totalitarism of various opposition groups and initiatives. The dissertation determines the level of influence of anti-totalitarian movements on the social and political process in the Czechoslovakia during the researched period.
