Work is devoted to development of a new non-distractive testing method which is based on use ferroprobe testing in conditions of a high level of magnetic handicapes which are created by a product. The settlement model of a field of dispersion of defect is developed in view of a field of a handicap. The method of definition in the core of ferroprobe a magnetic stream which is caused by a field of dispersion of defect is developed. Designs of measuring converters device for the control of details of a running part of a rolling stock are developed.
