Object: sphere of recreational services of the European region «Upper Prut». Aim: deepening of theoretical and methodical bases of development of sphere of recreational services, development of recommendations and suggestions organizational-economic character, directed on stimulation of development of sphere of recreational services in the conditions of transborder collaboration. Methods: system-structural, SWОT-analysis, programmatic-purpose, economic-statistical. Results: conception of forming of transborder recreational-turistic cluster is first offered, the methodological going is improved near strengthening of recreational competitiveness of transborder region.
