Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the problems of the ore dressing first stage control for the purpose of energy saving by means of optimal operation. For the first time, the possibility of optimal feed ore consumption that mini-mizes power rate for grinding at a ball mill automated situation control is substanti-ated. The obtained results are used as a basis for the simulation model which deter-mines optimal ore consumption more effectively than a highly qualified operator. For situational control, further development of steady-state operation identifi-cation is assumed as a basis for reducing technological variables value collection lim-iting them by four parameters that are determined automatically. That made possible to implement the algorithm identifying steady-state operation of the control object, and to remain the monitoring function to the operator.
