Essay

This dissertation is devoted to the establishment of the change of cardiomyocytes at the chronic hypercholesterolemia, and give meanings of plastic insufficiency of cardiomyocytes with the pathology. The conducted researches showed that hypercholesterolemia was a kardiotropic agent which violating metabolism and structure, functional potential of myocardium and becomes one of factors, cooperant development of cardiac insufficiency at ischemic heart disease.
