Gorbachova Y. Investment Process Management at Regional Level

Object of the research: investment activities process in the region to function within economic complex of Ukraine. Aim: theoretical substantiation and development of methodic – algorithmic and organization measures to foster both the system of investment process management at the regional level and rational selection of investments to facilitate the increase of the region investment attractiveness. Methods of research: system analysis, theory of hierarchic multilevel systems, expert diagnostics, investment analysis, statistical modeling, ABC and SADT-analysis, generalization of domestic and foreign experience. Determined: effectiveness of scientific tasks complex solution and creation of new organization, information –analytic and diagnostic means to enhance investment processes at the regional level, formation of new management structures aiming at fostering investments outcomes. Developed: method of region investment attractiveness calculation has been developed, it enables both specifying the possible place of investment location in comparison with other regions and in contrast with existing ones it takes into account a complex evaluation of the factors to be formalized and a group of factors that cannot be formalized. Implemented: conceptual directions to foster management effectiveness of investment process at the regional level. Application domains: in practical activities of construction and project organizations management, executive powers bodies and local self-government bodies, in educational process of higher educational establishments.
