Dissertation is devoted the problem of rising of noise immunity of receiving devices of FM signals, what modulated with a group linguis-tic message, by parameters optimization of PLL device of the second order taking into account the form of message spectrum which modulates and to not linearness description of phase detectors.Potential immunity of FM receiver is expected in dissertation work. An analysis is conducted and optimization of parameters of syn-chronous phase detector is executed on the basis of PLL device of the second order at the action of signal and noise. By the result of optimization of parameters of PLL device of the sec-ond order in the area of small signal/noise relations at modulation of linguistic information a group signal the increase of sensitiveness of default receiving device of the troposphere connection station became on 6 dB.
