Essay

The dissertation is devoted to efficiency of victims treatment increase by bones fragments fixing methods optimization and cranioplasty with titanium designs and modern techniques of implants manufacturing. Titanic designs application at operative interventions in sharp period of neurotrauma with damage of skull bones allowed to decrease frequency of pyo-inflammatory complications in 5,4 times, bones' defects and "syndrome of patients, been trepanned" - to 3,4%.
