Object: processes of corporate property management in a region. Aim: perfection of theoretical-methodological principles and development scientifical-methodical recommendations on the increase of efficiency of corporate property management in a region. Methods: logic, economic-statistical analysis, economic-statistical, structural-functional, design, system-structural. Results: essence is first grounded and the structure of organizational-economic mechanism of corporate property management is certain in a region, methodical recommendations are improved on conducting of cluster analysis of efficiency of functioning of corporate structures. Use: in activity of Main Administration of Economy of Volyn Regional State Administration, at teaching of row of disciplines.
