Object: processes of forming and becoming of market of the commercial real estate at regional level. Aim: ground of theoretical-methodical positions on determination of role and functions of market of the commercial real estate and improvement of organizational-economic mechanisms of becoming of regional markets of the commercial real estate. Methods: structural-logical analysis and synthesis, generalization, comparison, grouping, calculation of relative sizes, economic-mathematical design. Results: maintenance of concept “The commercial real estate” is first certain, the organizational-economic mechanism of providing of transparency of the informative system of account of objects of the commercial real estate of region is improved. Use: in activity of territorial separation of State property fund of Ukraine on the Volyn region, at teaching of disciplines “Economy and enterprise”, “Economy of the real estate”.
