Object - the investigation - process of reproduction and introduction of Sohora japonica in Right Bank Forests steppe and Steppe of Ukraine.Purpose - to uncover the bioecological peculiarities of Sophora japonica, silvicultural and biometric characteristics of stands according to its share in condition of Right Bank Forests fop and step of Ukraine, to study the nays of seed, vegetative and microclonal reproduction of the specie and to develop a recommendation regarding its introduction info forest cultures, wind rear a forestation and greenery.Methods - in the basis of this work methods of comparative ecology, field, laboratory, expedition hove been laid; methodic - biometrics, biological, sylvicultural, statistical. Novelty - on the basis of conducted researches the seasonal rhythms of grows and developing of Sophora japonica. It is defined that researched plants in young age are less forest proof than adult ones and this specie hove high drought-resistance. The new data about seed and vegetative reproduction is obtained. The influence of repellent preparation of seeds on its germination ability have been studied. As a result of conducted investigations the most effective methods for withdrawal out from tranquility state were established. In the first time the reproduction in vitro was done. It is defined that due to small demand to soil fertility and humidity and intensive growth the Sophora japonica has wide use in planting of road tree lines and windbreaks and on gully slopes in the Step of Ukraine. In the first time the evaluation of success of introduction of Sophora japonica in Right Bank Forest step and Step of Ukraine has been done.Result of research - Effective methods for seed, vegetative and microclonal reproduction have been developed, recommendation regarding a creation of forestry and phytomeliorative stands in different types of site condition of investigated region have been presented. The perspectives for use the Sophora japonica in forestry, parks, gardening and greenery hove been substantiated for Right Bank Forest step and Step of Ukraine.Field - forestry
