Essay

A new approach to the study of conformities to the law of effervescence dynamics of environments and processes of destruction dispersion phase of emulsion in the work with the purpose of development a new technology and equipment for the processes of hydrothermal emulsification is grounded. Optimum regimes of equations crushing process are determined. The device for hydrothermal emulsification is worked out. This device combines realizing the process of crushing simultaneously in a few parts of device.
