Essay

Object - intoxication of animals by the copper and zinc salts with the following correction by Altan, Enterosgel, and corrective factors received from the leaves of Viburnum opulus. Purpose – to find out the activity of free-radical oxidation, the state of the antioxidant system and permeability of biomembranes of the cells in the copper and zinc injury and to develop the methods of correction of found disorders by the 10 % extract and starch suspension from the leaves of Viburnum opulus, Altan and enterosorbent Enterosgel. Methods – biochemical (spectrophotometric, titrametric), biophysical (atomic spectrophotometry), phytochemical, statistical. Novelty – the state of the antioxidant system, free-radical processes, in particular, lipoperoxidative processes and oxidative modifications of proteins in the poisoning by copper and zinc salts were investigated at the first time. Altan and Enterosgel as well as corrective factors from the leaves of Viburnum opulus were used at the first time for the oxidative processes and antioxidant system disorders correction in copper and zinc intoxication. It has been shown at the first time the normalizing effect of 10 % extract from the leaves of Viburnum opulus on the parameters of antioxidant system (superoxidedismutase, catalase, urea, ceruloplasmin). In animals with chemical intoxication the sorption properties of starch suspension from the leaves of Viburnum opulus were studied. The efficiency of such method was proved by the decrease of TBA-active products, diene and triene conjugates in the organs of the injured animals.
