Essay

In the thesis, theoretical and methodical provisions have been summarized; practical recommendations have been worked out for evaluating management effectiveness in region motor transport complex with an allowance for risks. The thesis has specified essence of functions and role of regional infrastructure; content of functions and role of motor transport complex as one of the most important elements of region infrastructure. There has been offered a complex adjustment approach to developing new management concept for region motor transport complex; approach to complex evaluating management effectiveness in motor transport complex has been developed. The following were further elaborated: classification of risks, structure of management system in region motor transport complex, control mechanism in motor transport complex. The author suggests methods of evaluating management effectiveness in region motor transport complex with an allowance for risks which was tested on the example of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
