Essay

Thesis deals with development of low energy solar neutrino detectors. The detector concept based on CdWO4 scintillators is suggested. Background measurements of CdWO4 scintillators allow to estimate background level of suggested detector and have shown principal possibility to detect neutrino reaction capture on 116Cd. The shape of the spectrum of non-unique forth-forbidden -decay of 113Cd and half life T1/2=(7.7±0.3) 1015 yr were measured with much better accuracy. Radiochemical experiment based on neutrino capture reaction on 131Xe was suggested. The method of extraction from the target of reaction products of was developed. The calculations of the expected physical properties of scintillation detector XMASS were performed. The principle possibility to detect neutrino capture reactions on 131Xe was demonstrated.
