Object of research: patients with scoliotic deformation of spine. Aim of the study: to improve a technique of treatment scoliotic deformations of spine at children and teenagers by means of corsets by a biomechanical substantiation of a choice of sites pressure scoliotic deformed trunk and development of modern manufacturing techniques of corsets with achievement of three-plane correction of deformation. Methods: clinical, radiological, biomechanical, mathematical modelling by a method of final elements, statistical. Scientific novelty: оn the basis of the lead theoretical and practical researches new knowledge of mechanisms of corset action on scoliotic deformed spine and a thorax are received. The most effective places of pressure upon a thorax for elimination face-to-face, sagital and rotational components of spine deformations are established at treatment scoliotic deformations at children and teenagers. For the first time it is lead biomechanical modelling of pressure scoliotic deformed spine with the help developed a method of final elements of mathematical model for different departments of spine. For the first time for strengthening correction actions of corsets and prolongation of term of use the technique remodelyring corsets has been offered.Results of research (manufacturing techniques and applications of corsets for conservative treatment scolioticillnesses удетей and teenagers) are introduced in a clinical practice in head sanatorium " Orlyonoc " , Evpatoria, sanatorium by N.K.Krupskaya ,Evpatoria, in a specialized boarding school N 13 for children sick of a scoliosis, Kharkov, Urraine childrens Hospital "Ohmatdyt" Kiev.
