Dissertation work is devoted to the decision of actual scientific applied task of rise of efficiency of extinguishing conflagrations of flammable and combustible matters by the retell parameters and technical decisions as a new idea for creation of options of generators of suds of middle cratnosti, more effective for existing, due to development and introduction of options of pinogeneratoriv, where the parallel streams of suds of low cratnosti execute a function of transporting a stream of suds of middle cratnosti in the area of burning.
