Thesis is dedicated to the problems of creation of effective fire-fighters and rescuers effective protective means with thermal and aggressive protective characteristics. The theoretical basis for conducting of choice and evaluation of thermal, physical and chemical indices, their classification, functional and logical scheme are elaborated. The methodical principles for calculation of thermal-protective properties of special materials depending on their heat-physical and geo-metrical (thickness) indices at stationary treatment of heat transfer are elaborated.
