The problem operative and not road of the building optimum technology irregular transport processes is actual, and requires the decisions with use the modern facilities and methods to organisations and management.The purpose of the study is an improvement to technologies irregular cargo flow industrial enterprise by methods of the virtual enterprise, on the grounds of warning, preliminary and exact information, for reduction of the general expenseses on given transport processes and increasing to efficiency of the use the industrial transport at delivery industrial cargo consumer.For achievement delivered purposes formalised and are solved transport problems of the distribution, operative planning and automated searching for optimum controlling influences.The practical realisation of the design decisions allows on 20% shorten the expenses on transportation cargo from industrial enterprise before consumers.
