Essay

The object is the mechanism of interaction of catalytic center Т7-RNA polymerase molecular model and azapyrimidine derivatives; the aim - complex design of series of biologicaly active compounds - low-molecular regulators of synthesis of nuclein acids (NA) on the basis of azapyrimidine and their conjugates; the methods are the quantum-chemical and molecular-biological ones, organic synthesis; the novelty is in getting of the series of functionally substituted derivatives of azapirymidyne bases and their conjugates with FCA-1 not described in literature earlier. As a result of firstly realized researches of series of new FCA-1 derivatives of azapirymidyne bases and their conjugates on the model system of in vitro transcription their inhibitions properties were discovered. The results - high-performance and technically appropriate methods of synthesis of bioloficaly active derivatives of azapirymidyne bases and their conjugates with FCA-1 were developed. On the model system of in vitro transcription the group of effective regulators of RNA biosynthesis was firstly discovered; the field - molecular biology.
