Essay

The dissertation present exhtrimental data on heart myosin function during delated cardiomyopathy (DCM) progression. It has been demonstrated that myosin purified from ventricle of heart affected by DCM is autoantigen and antigenic target is localiled on heavy chain of miosin.Western blot analysis demonstrated decrease in quantity of molecular chaperon Hsp70 in human heart at the end stage of desease and in mice heart during development of experimentally indused pathology.
