Pavlysh E. Administrative and economic provision of regional competitiveness

Object of research: processes of formation of competitiveness of region in modern conditions. The purpose of research: generalization theoretical, analysis practical both development of scientific-methodical rules and offers on organization-economic maintenance of competitiveness of region. Methods of research: dialectic, logic generalization, scientific abstraction, statistical, comparative and system analysis, economic-mathematical modeling, analysis and synthesis. Theoretical and practical results: are profound, have found the further development and the scientific-theoretical rules on organization-economic maintenance of competitiveness of region in modern conditions are advanced. The theoretical rules are lead up to a level of the concrete offers and recommendations, suitable to application in practical activity. They create the preconditions for the decision of a problem of increase of competitiveness of region by activization innovation of processes in territorial industrial systems. The scientific-methodical development are used in educational process at teaching disciplines „Regional economy" and „Accommodation and development of productive forces". Scientific novelty: the competitiveness of region is supplied on the basis of development of methods of perfection it innovation of system: the organizational model of formation of competitiveness of production of region, economic-mathematical model of rational distribution of investment resources between innovation by the projects is developed; the approaches to an estimation of structural deformations of an industrial complex of region, methods of research of results of introduction of innovations in an industry of region, approaches to definition of structure innovation of system of region and interrelations between its elements, organizational maintenance of management innovation by development of region, definition of the term "competitiveness of region", theoretical rules concerning a nature of influence clustering on development of region and the base factors of its development are advanced. Sphere of use is the activity of the Ministry of industrial politics of Ukraine; regional state administrations; the subjects innovation of activity clusters of associations of the enterprises; higher educational institutions.
