Essay

Calculation method of high -frequency conductivity of disordered alloys and semiconductors was developed. In the frame of this method the electron-phonon and electron-electron interactions are taken into account. The method is based on the multiple scattering theory. Cluster expansion for two-particle Green’s function (conductivity) of disordered system was obtained. Coherent potential approximation was chosen as a zero one-site approximation. Influence of atomic ordering on high frequency conductivity of disordered alloys and semiconductors was investigated. It was shown that the developed theory allows describe of the effects of the electrons energy spectrum changes during ordering, as well as temperature and concentration dependencies of conductivity of disordered alloys and semiconductors.
