In the thesis the direct and inverse theorems of the approximation theory of the Banach space vectors by exponential type entire vectors of some non-quasianalytic unbounded operator which is the generator of a C0-group are established, and the accuracy estimates of approximate solving of Caushy problem for differential-operator equations by Cayley method are found.
