Fathi K. Сomminuted fractures of the iliac bone in structions of pelvic fracture (diagnosis and treatment)

The aim of the dissertation work is dedicated to decision of the actual scientific problem of applied importance - an improvement anatomist-functional upshot of the treatment of comminuted fractures of iliac by development algorithm diagnoses and treatment, creation to technologies and device for navigation, reposition and stable fixation splinter when recovering supporting and frame to functions of the pelvis. For analysis whole clinical material was divided into three clinical groups on way of the treatment. For period with 2000 on 2007 is installed trend to growing of the number plural and combined traumas, being accompanied in 14,69% by destruction of iliac bones and in 93% shock The Estimation of the traumatic breach resistance and frame basin executed by means of quantitative methods of the analysis x-ray. Use patented device of the Ukraine 8945 from 17.05.2005), allows to simplify introduction. Navigation device and osteosynthesis allows to minimize traumtic stabilizations that allows to save splinter and functional possibilities under visual or endoscopy checking. Use designed algorithm of the diagnostics and treatments of comminuted iliac fracture to bones defines, according to accounting data, choice of the method of the treatment for recovering resistance and frame basin that has allowed to perfect the results of the treatment according to systems of the functional estimation (D.S.Majeed 1990) on 14%, shorten duration of the bed mode before 3,2± 2 days and stationary treatment before 16,8±3 days.
