Makarenko L. Regional Development Provision in the system of Intergovernmental Fiscal Relations in Ukraine

The dissertation addresses the issue of improvement of the mechanism of fiscal relations between the centre, territories and regions concerning their socio-economic development. The necessity of the regional development provision in the context of reformation of intergovernmental fiscal relations and administrative-territorial reformation has been grounded. Specific propositions and recommendations for the regional development provision in the intergovernmental fiscal relations in Ukraine and for the increase of efficiency of public administration in economic and social development of regions have been elaborated. The major results of the present dissertation have been already brought in the economic practice.
