Essay

The constructive characteristic of a stop armature with a solid gate and with a hole in it is improved in view of obtained relative sizes of its stop organs. As a result of theoretical investigations the physics-mechanical model has defined more exactly to carry out hydroabrasive wear of a stop armature contact surfaces which grounded on the equation of an energy balance between kinetic im-pact energies of a particle both strain and fracture energy of an outworn surface material. On the basis of obtained outcomes the adequacy to a mathematical model of outwearing is confirmed. And also increasing effectiveness methods of a stop valves in systems of industrial hydraulic transport are designed and approved in dis-sertation. The practical guidelines for calculation of optimum sizes of structural variations gate valves are designed.
