The principles of the Ni-Cu alloy films structure and phase state forming, the influence on electroresistivity, temperature coefficient of resistance and magnetoresistance of element composition were investigated. There were determined: mechanisms of alloy forming on the initial stages of growth; influence of concentration effects on temperature dependences of resistance; influence on galvanomagnetic properties of terms of receipt, heat-magnetic treatment and element composition. Metalphysics, micro- and nanoelectronics.
