Essay

Object - microelements and metabolism in the blood of cows from the flat, pre-mountain and mountain of the Ivano-Frankivsk region. Purpose - to determine the microelements content in soils, water, foodstuffs and blood of cows in western biogeochemical province of Ivano-Frankivsk region, to establish the state haemopoesis, protein metabolism and antioxidant defense system in cows and to carry out correction of their disorders. Methods - clinical, microscopic, spectrophotometric, electrophoresis, chromatographic, statistical. Novelty - For the first, it has been established the correlation between the deficit of microelements (cobalt, copper, zinc, manganese) in soils, water, sterns and blood of cows from the flat, pre-mountain and mountain regions of the Ivano-Frankivsk region. Et has been shows insufficiency cobalt, copper, zinc, manganese draws negative influence on the physiological function and biochemical processes of cows organism, such as haemopoesis, resistance, protein metabolism, content of vitamins (A and E), lipid oxidation. The deficit of microelements and its negative influence on an organism in more expressed in cows from mountain and pre-mountain areas, comparatively with a plain. The positive influence of mineral-vitamin premix "MultiVitaMix" on the correction of mineral and vitamin insufficiency, haemopoesis, protein metabolism, products of lipid peroxidation in cows from the different biogeochemical provinces of the Ivano-Frankivsk region.
