Essay

The theoretical generalization of scientific regulations and system of methods are done, they provide the most effective vehicles' exploitation. The rational formation methods of productive vehicle's potential and methodology of traffic characteristics' standartuzation on the basis of multifactor operating conditions research, formation approaches to the traffic conditions identification, the estimation of high-speed and power-convertive vehicle's characteristics are suggested. The application of worked out methods in production in the form of regulation technical documentation is done.
