The work is devoted to the study of a deep structure of Guinea Marginal Plateau. On the basis of the seismic data the structural maps of sedimentary horizons and the surface of the crystal base are constructed and analysed. The technique of two-dimentional density modeling of the sheared (transform) continental margins is developed. The empirical dependence of density on capacity for the Meso-Cenozoic sedimentary complex is received. The three-dimensional density models of the crust and the upper mantle of the plateau and the adjacent areas are constructed in scale 1:3000000 and 1:1000000. The location of the ocean-continent boundary in this area and its connection with transform fracture zones of the Mid Atlantic ridge is established. It's shown, that the northeast part of the plateau is spread by the subcontinental crust, and the southwest - by the oceanic. The detailed structure of Guinea fracture zone and its conducting role in the formation of geomorphological structure of the plateau is revealedand the course of this process is shown. The sites of 9 different structural types as sourse for hydrocarbons are fixed in the borders of a shelf and the internal part of the plateau. In a coastal zone the strip of possible development of laterite as source for bauxite is allocated.
