Essay

The thesis is devoted to solving the scientific task to of develop new mathematical models and techniques for numerical calculation of three-dimensional electric fields in polymer insulation of self-holding insulated conductors, taking into account both the presence of heterogeneous closely located micro-heterogeneities (surface and volumetric, conducting and dielectric) and spatial location conductors in a three-phase transmission line. In the thesis a new generalized criterion of electric field intensity growth in XLPE of self-holding insulated conductors and in its dielectric micro-inclusions considering a changing both size and electro physical parameters of micro-heterogeneities, as well as distances between them and sizes of dendrites on their surface is identified.
