The purpose of research: development of theoretical, methodical rules and development of the practical recommendations concerning activization of use of investment potential of region on the basis of the appropriate organizational and economic measures. Theoretical and practical results: are profound, have found the further development and the scientific-theoretical rules of activization of use of investment potential of region are advanced. The theoretical rules are lead up to a level of the concrete offers and recommendations, suitable to application in practical activity, by development and introduction of concrete measures on activization of use of investment potential of region. Have found practical application in activity of establishments and enterprises of Lugansk area.
