Kalashnikova T. Scientifically-methodical maintenance of region development strategy forming

Object of research: the regional development strategy forming. The purpose of research: development of theoretical and methodological regulations of region development of strategy forming on the basis of its economico-socio-ecologic state determination. Methods of research: abstracto-logical, analysis and synthesis methods, systems analysis; comparison; economico-strategical methods (rating scales building, integral estimation of the reached development level of the region, and cluster analysis). Theoretical and practical results: there were extended, further developed and improved theoretical regulations of regional development strategy forming aimed at the achievement of the stable economico-socio-ecologic development. Theoretical regulations were drawn up to the level of specific suggestions and recommendations that can be used practically also by working out and implementation of specific activities by the regional development strategy forming. Found its practical implementation by the Donetsk borough council deputy commission on economic and regulative policy, Regional fund for enterprise support in Donetsk region, Chief statistical department in Donetsk region. Scientific novelty: there was made a grouping and ranging of the regions based on the integral estimation of their economico-socio-ecologic development. There was worked out a methodological approach to the region type determination based on the hierarchical clustering including integrated calculation of regional development factors. There were substantiated strategical objectives of regional development based on the "tree of objectives" building. There was improved the methodological approach to the regional development strategy realization based on the purpose-realizing system building. There was further developed the definition of purpose-realizing system structure elements by pointing out subject, object, objectives and methods of administration; it ensures the necessary influence upon the regional development. Sphere of use finds itselfwithin the activities of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine profile committees, executive authorities of central and redional levels, local government; research organizations specializing in scientific researches on regional studies; institutes of higher education.
