Essay

The object - multiple-row friction unit of the band shoe brake with mobile motion plates, operational peculiarities and working modes. The purpose - the substantiation of dynamyc processes in multiple-row friction units of the band shoe brake with the mobile motion plates and optimization of their constructive and operational parameters of the lifting-transport machines' hoists. Methods - numerical methods, methods of taking optimal decisions and much criterial optimization methods.'s complex method. The novelty - there were established mechanisms of changing the main operational parameters of the new type friction units, e.g. multiple row with mobile motion plates and also optimized its constructional parameters in connection with the operational parameters. The results - it was worked out band shoe brake with multiple-row friction units, where there is executed automatically redistribution of the feeding loads between frictional elements of its lines. The use sphere - building hoists and draw works and also design department of the lifting-and-shifting equipment.
