The dissertation is devoted to research the levels of the formation of social and psychological expectations of cadets in personality interaction in studying and service activity. In work are theoretically proved and experimentally determined the interdependence of efficiency of personality interaction within a group from specificity of social and psychological expectations of its members. The complex program of optimization of the development of social and psychological expectations of cadets are developed.
