The dissertation is devoted to the increasing of complex technical objects (CTO) automated designing systems efficiency by development and introduction of a subsystem of the decision-making support which are based on topological similar information models. Features of complex technical systems life cycle as objects of structural designing, and also information methods of an estimation and forecasting refusal of stability СТO in САD are analyzed. Are developed new and are advanced known methods of modeling and identification of complex technical and information systems refusal. The method of an estimation of fault tolerance of complex systems by approximation of results of their tests by continuous functions is offered with the subsequent classification refusal of stability on factors of these functions by means of a direct distribution neural network. The system of decision-making support at a stage of CTO structural designing is developed. The practical test of work results with positive technical and economic effect is carried out
