The dissertation is dedicates on decision of the scientific problem, which is concluded in improvement of the methods of the calculation elements carrying system of machine. The analysis of the modern condition of the methods of the calculation of the details of the carrying system of machine is given in the work. Body detail of the carrying system has are reinforcements of the complex form. For the steady-state and dynamyc calculation constructiven element tool of the metal cutting for the first time was used the method of the border element (MBE). Designed the methods of the decision of are problem about turn fluctuation of the thin-wall element by the algorithm MBE. Solved the row of the problems in the statics and dynamikcs for the thin-wall element of machine on MBE; the formed programs, that are realizign designed algorithms in the ambience MATLAB. Were offered the ways of are account in accounting scheme of the different conditions of the fastening and loading, typical details for dody of the metal cutting machines. Corresponding methods of the calculation is designed and marketed in program ANSYS.
