Davydov I. Mechanism of process control of privatization as a constituent of economic development of regions

Dissertation work is devoted the system study of processes of privatization in Ukraine. On the basis of theoretical generalizations interpretation of privatization is offered as programmatic alteration of state sector of economy which provides achievement of steady socio-economic development of the state on the whole and regions in particular. The basic stages of privatization are certain, the problems of state administration the process of forming of new of a particular branch structure, influences of privatization, are analysed on a national economy, social structure of society, economy of regions. Principles of the integral going are outlined near realization of process of privatization and ways and methods of effective management the processes of privatization are offered, the stage-by-stage checking system is developed after the processes of privatization.
