Essay

It is defined that increase in enterprises flexibility level in the market demands is the effective direction of the industrial region's further development. The main factors defining the level of investment activities under the circumstances of market relations development are defined in the thesis. The new ways to improve the industrial businesses' mechanism of taxation are outlined in the paper. The strategy of improving the economic mechanism of regulating industrial enterprises' effective development under the circumstances of marketing orientation through providing the complex approach to managing enterprises' innovation activities, methodic approach to evaluate the labor potential, forming industrial businesses' innovation policy through analyzing and evaluating the industrial production investment and innovation potentials are worked out in the thesis. The author develops the model of economic regulation of industrial businesses' development, analyses the practical aspects of its application under the circumstances of exchange relations, and proposes the model, which describes the process of the initial start-up of the model "A Factory - A Trading House". The practical recommendations and the algorithm of application of the mentioned mathematical model of regional industrial enterprises' development planning are proposed there.
