Piriashvily O. Regional factors of activisation of investment activity in Ukraine

In the dissertation it is proved methodology-theoretical bases of a complex estimation of investment activity in regional aspect. Is opened the role of investment activity in stable development of territory; is analyzed the condition and tendencies in development of investment activity in modern conditions. Factors of activisation of investment activity in regions of the country are investigated. Is developed the concept of formation of investment strategy in the region on the basis of stage-by-stage realization. The design procedure of a rating of investment attractiveness is advanced on the basis of the account by parameters of quantity of the industrial enterprises in regions, as factor of activisation of investment activity. It is proved ways of the further development of investment activity to regions of Ukraine on long prospect.
