Essay

The thesis is devoted to description of spectra (that is, the set of closed maximal ideals) of some algebras of analytic functions on Banach spaces. In particular, the spectrum of the algebra of symmetric analytic functions on the Banach space which are bounded on dounded subsets is investigated. The polarization formula is generalized for any nonhomogeneous polynomial and analytic mapping on a Banach spaces.
