Essay

In this thesis the results of the stochastic approach to the estimation of degree of nuclides pollution of agricultural production and risk of residing of population on the territory polluted by radionuclides are presented. Dynamics of distribution of radionuclides on compartments of the human organism is researched. Is shown the influence of fluctuation in metabolic parameters on this distribution. In thesis the method of definition and the analyze of contribution of the critical ecosystems in the common radioactive loading on the population of inhabited localities of the Volynsk and Zhitomir area are presented. On the basis of the offered approach the mathematical model of radionuclides migration in a private enterprise on territory of the Ukrainian Polesie is developed. This model gives an opportunity for acceptance of optimal administrative decisions concerning to agriculture management in the conditions of radioactive pollution and for development of strategy of behavior of population that residing on radionuclides polluted territory. For the first time the anthropogenous horizontal transfer of radioactive pollution is analysed and the estimation of a real radioecological condition in inhabited localities with account of the interaction of the population with agroecosystem, and forest are presented.
