Object: process of ensuring regional financial safety. Purpose: developing theoretical and methodological basis for estimating regional financial safety conditions; substantiation of practical recommendations for developing the complex of economic and mathematical models for ensuring regional financial safety. Methods: system analysis; expert evaluations; cluster analysis; time rows analysis; forecasting. Theoretical results: the regional policy of ensuring the financial safety is offered.
