Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the questions of development of the clinical and morphological criteria of differential diagnostics of chronic obliterating diseases of lower extremities' arteries. The diagnostic algorithm of pathologist at verification of the nosologic belonging of disease after amputation of lower extremity is developed: 1) collection of main vessels and pieces of superficial veins; 2) use of adequate methods of colouring of histological cuts; 3) analysis of patient's passport data and clinical course of disease; 4) interpretation of pathomorphological changes in arteries and veins; 5) formulation of pathohistological conclusion.
